BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dougal Bendjaballah joined Memometal Technologies in 2002 as President and co-owner. Mr. Bendjaballah received his Bachelor's degree from University of Hartford USA, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard, USA.

Bernard Prandi is General Manager and co-owner of the company. He is a world recognised expert in NiTi alloy and has presented many papers on the subject. Mr Prandi graduated as en Engineer from “Ecole Centrale de Paris”.

Eric Cozanet is General Manager of Ouest Venture Capital. Ouest Venture invested in Memometal Technologies to support and develop mainly the international business.
