Company History & Profile
- Founded in 1992, Memometal Technologies is one of the very unique NiTi (Nickel – Titanium) shape memory alloy manufacturer, with a complete and fully integrated production facility from melting to sterile implants.
- In 2002, Memometal Technologies decided to concentrate its core business and know how in designing, producing and marketing Hand & Foot surgery implants.
Since then, Memometal Technologies has rapidly grown to be a leader in its market, and we are now proud to have more than 30 employees in our team. - In 2006, Memometal Technologies opened two offices in Germany and in Switzerland to develop its export activity in Europe.
- In March 2007, Memometal Technologies has opened its US branch located in Memphis, TN.

The Company is independent, privately held and registered in France. Initial capital was provided by Dougal Bendjaballah “President” and Bernard Prandi “General Manager” The venture has received additional financing from “Ouest Venture” a French private equity investor.
